Yirasai Sushi is just about ready to open at Park Potomac, where it’s been under construction since last fall in the former Elevation Burger space. Yirasai, relocating from its longtime home in Bethesda, is the first of three new sushi restaurants heading to our area. Next up are Raku, opening a new location at the Wildwood shopping center; and a new concept from the owners of Kenaki in Kentlands, soon to begin its buildout at Cabin John Village.
