Rockville’s Congressional Plaza was hopping this week with two openings plus the rebranding of a longtime tenant. The biggest news is the arrival of Athleta, the Gap-owned activewear/athleisure brand for women and girls. The company’s inclusive sizing is on full display at this location, with mannequins and merchandise in a wide range of body types. Also new at Congressional is a brick-and-mortar location for Custom Ink, where you can take a closer look at all those T-shirts, hats and water bottles before you get them personalized. And shoe store Richey & Co., which was acquired several months ago, has officially changed its name to Shoe Fly.
