The former American Tap Room space at Rockville Town Square reopened this week as Pandora Seafood House & Bar, with a high-end menu featuring dishes like Honey Lavender Duck Breast, Lemon & Caviar Crab, and Lobster with Foie Gras Ravioli. The restaurant is a new venture from the former owners of China Garden in Arlington, who also have announced plans for a new Chinese restaurant in the former REI space on Rockville Pike.
