The Evoluxxy boutique has moved across the street at Pike & Rose, making way for Warby Parker to carve out a larger space next to Call Your Mother Deli. The eyeglass chain, set to open this summer, will have an on-site optometrist and frames starting at $95. Also under construction at Pike & Rose: Hello Betty, a bar-on-a-boat that will be docked on the rooftop patio of the Canopy by Hilton hotel. More on that in our Feb. 10 edition.
