This week we say goodbye to Brookstone, the gadget store where most of us spent more time testing out the massage chairs than actually, you know, buying stuff. The struggling retailer, which has been shuttering stores across the country, has closed its doors at Westfield Montgomery Mall. The mall’s Solstice sunglass store is also on the way out, but competitor Specs New York is unexpectedly back in business after going dark for several weeks.
