It’s been six months since Cabin John Shopping Center & Mall was sold to Edens, a national firm with extensive holdings in the D.C. area. The new owners have been quiet about their plans up to now, but rumors have been swirling about new construction on the back parking lot and possible housing units to be built above the stores and restaurants.
