Here’s a peek at what’s happening inside The Grove, the upcoming high-end restaurant that’s replacing Lahinch at Cabin John Village. The floral theme glimpsed here will extend to the restaurant’s ceiling, which will be covered with hanging plants and flowers. The Grove’s Mediterranean menu is being developed by chef Jose Lopez-Picazo, who trained in Madrid and recently helmed a Michelin-starred restaurant at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. The restaurant will offer indoor/outdoor seating for about 180 people, including a dining room for private events. The Grove was originally supposed to open this summer, but owners tell us they’re now targeting early October.
