Finally we have some details to share about The Grove, the new restaurant that’s moving into the old Lahinch space at Cabin John Village. Pivoting from the original plan for a beer garden at this location, The Grove will offer a high-end Mediterranean menu blending flavors from Spain, Italy and Greece. At its helm: noted chef Jose Lopez-Picazo, who trained in Madrid and went on to lead several highly acclaimed restaurants in Las Vegas. At The Grove, he’ll be offering new takes on dishes like lamb shank, grilled octopus, tuna tartar, duck breast and Iberico chorizo. Doors are expected to open in July.
