Pike & Rose is on a roll. Latest addition to next year’s lineup is The Baked Bear, a California-based chain known for its over-the-top ice cream sandwiches. Frozen flavors like Bear Batter and Birthday Cake are pressed between fresh-baked cookies, brownies or donuts — and if that isn’t enough, you also can have them rolled in cereal bits, cookie crumbs and other crunchy toppings.
