Provisions, a new pop-up shop from the owners of Red Orchard, just opened its doors at Wildwood next to Bluemercury. The kitchen-centric store offers everything from stylish linens, funky oven mitts, Japanese pottery and Mexican glassware to cookware, cookbooks, chocolates and cocktail mixes. “We’re calling it a culinary marketplace,” says John Helm, who co-owns Red Orchard and Provisions with wife Caroline Liberty. “Right now it’s just a pop-up for the holidays,” Helm says, taking advantage of the empty space left by jewelry store Blanca Flor. But if all goes well? “We’re not ruling out the idea of keeping it going.”
