Jinya Ramen Bar, a Los Angeles-based chain specializing in flavorful Asian broth and noodles, will open at Pike & Rose in mid-2018. It’s the fourth new restaurant on the way to the North Bethesda complex, which also is adding Nando’s, Taylor Gourmet and the high-end Mexican eatery Nada.
