Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant is heading to Rockville. The Ilinois-based chain is taking 12,000 square feet at the new Research Row development, joining One Life Fitness and Chick-fil-A off I-270 at West Montgomery Avenue. Cooper’s Hawk, which also has locations in Reston, Ashburn and Annapolis, offers an upscale menu focused on food and wine pairings — plus a wine-tasting room and a wine-centric gourmet market.
