New dining and drinking options are on the way to Gaithersburg’s Rio Washingtonian Center. Just for the holidays, this week marks the launch of a Friday-only pop-up bar on the plaza across from Uncle Julio’s. (Click here for details). Next comes Poki District, a fast-expanding D.C. chain that will debut this spring near the movie theater.
