Local boutique Nature by Trejok has closed its three-month-old pop-up shop at Federal Plaza, just across the parking lot from Trader Joe’s. Owner Kenia Garcia says she’s keeping her original store at Rockville Town Square, but she’s still looking elsewhere for a second location. The doctor-turned-designer, who sews her own clothes and home decor, says foot traffic was slow on Rockville Pike and there were too many problems with shoplifters. “Rockville Town Square is like my home, and I’m very appreciative of the community here,” she says. “I still want to expand and try another pop-up for the holidays — but this time I’m thinking about Bethesda.”
