The California-based theater company went out of business last spring, but the Westfield Montgomery location is a hot property — and sources tell us the curtains could be rising again as soon as this holiday season. Will the new owner be AMC, which already operates theaters at Westfield Wheaton and Rio Lakefront? Or Regal, which runs the one in downtown Rockville?
