Have you missed Dave & Buster’s since the White Flint Mall was torn down? We hear the gaming center is about to make a comeback — this time at Rio Washingtonian Center in Gaithersburg. Likely location is the Sport & Health space on Washingtonian Boulevard, which emptied out this week when the fitness center lost its lease.
