Westfield Montgomery Mall has a new place to tempt your sweet tooth. Cookie Dough & Co., the first shop in our area to showcase the trendy treat, is now open in the former Peet’s Coffee kiosk near Sears. On the menu: safe-to-eat cookie dough in a variety of flavors, scooped like ice cream and served with milk or La Colombe coffee on the side. Meanwhile, the mall will soon lose the short-lived Teavana store that opened in expanded quarters just last winter. Starbucks has announced it will close all 389 of its tea stores by next spring. No word yet on how long ours will last.
