Westfield Montgomery mall is hosting a carnival in its parking lot this weekend, complete with popcorn, prizes, pendulum rides and a ferris wheel. Over the summer, this same spot was home to a “Boardwalk” installation with free classes, kids’ activities, live music and movie nights. Norman’s Farm Market also ran a stand in the parking lot for several months, but that is now closed for the season.
