In other Pike & Rose news: Just down the block from the new Canopy hotel, Bluemercury is now open and the nearby Nando’s restaurant looks just about ready as well — but it appears that neighboring Taylor Gourmet has a ways to go. The next few months will bring a whole bunch of new restaurants for Pike & Rose, including ramen and sushi bars, Mexican and Indian food, a bakery/ice creamery and the CAVA-affiliated Julii.
