Baskin Robbins closed its doors at Cabin John Village this week, with plans to reopen this spring at Potomac Woods Plaza. But its new address, 1079 Seven Locks Road, is currently home to the clothing boutique Ibhana. Meena Tharmaratnam, who opened Ibhana seven years ago, says she isn’t sure what’s going to happen next. “The landlord says he’ll probably move me to another spot,” Tharmaratnam says. “My preference is to stay at this center. But in case things don’t work out, I’m also looking at a couple of other spaces in Rockville.”
